Teen/Young Adult Ministry

Our congregation has a growing teenage/young adult group.  The youth ministry at the Mountain View Church of Christ is active and growing.  The primary meeting times of the youth group are on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM at the church building for Bible study and after evening services on many Sunday nights during the month.  We generally meet every other Sunday night, but adjustments are made to the schedule as needed.  Our Sunday evening times begin with dinner together at Damon Waggoner's house followed by a devotional and other activities like horse shoes and basketball at the park, movies and more.  Damon is serving as the youth leader at this time.  He teaches the Wedneday evening class as well.  There is a Sunday morning Bible study for the teens that is taught by Jason Ulibarri.  The youth group is made up of young people from the chruch and our community.  Most of the group has not yet been baptized into the Lord, so please be praying for the obedience of these young people to the gospel.  Because we are a small community and the church is not large, the youth group is made up of people from 6th grade through those who are in college.  We are growing and are excited about the future.
